How to?

​

To commission a run of Vinylpostcards make sure that you have the following assets prepared and ready:

​

- Vinyl master

A dedicated vinyl master of your audio is necessary in order to press Vinylpostcards. Please check the technical specifications for the requirements. If you are not able to deliver a vinyl master we are happy to create one in cooperation with our partner studio weyrerTon for a fee of €110,-.

- Print data

Your artwork prepared according to our technical specifications (148mmx105mm + 3mm bleed on each side) | CMYK color mode | 300dpi | consider the place holder for the serial code | name us as manufacturer ("manufactured by Vinylpostcards"). Please check the technical specifications for all further details and work with our templates for the best results.

- Individual declaration

In order to be able to execute your commission we need you to confirm that you either own the copyright or a have a license to manifold the material supplied. Find the declaration HERE.

- Digital VPC

Once the physical production related assets are checked and approved you will be granted access to the App data online form, where you can define the content of your digital Vinylpostcard.

- Order form

To introduce your customer to the format and communicate the app, every card is accompanied by this 

All paper envelopes are equipped with a round 80 mm see-through window made of cellulose foil. 

The Inlay option is free of charge and will be assembled together with the packaging option of your choice
